Responsive employees specially at the reception desk. A safe box, TV set, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the great bed. Fairly clean bathroom and a hot tub with good sewerage. Stunning location very close to the Mediterranean sea, and the Montazah garden. Again, 10 minutes walk from Tea island.

We really enjoyed the stay, my room was a nice size with kettle or tea or coffee as well as a double bed.

My stay was real good for short term visit. The staff was especially helpful, caring with every request. The hotel was in a perfect location next to the beach area as well as the beach and breakfast.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a great stay for short term visit. I was given a clean room with balcony, coffee bags, the bedroom. A shower, hairdryers, and terry cloth bathrobes were very handy.

Booked a room with exceptional views, and the staff were polite and great people specially at the reception desk. The location of the hotel was great and unique - not too far away from kouta Amusement Park.

This hotel was fabulous base for exploring Alexandria, thoroughly enjoyed it and property’s genuinely helpful and responsive stuff specially at the reception desk. The breakfast offered good choice of tasty meals. The location was perfect and comfy with marvellous views. Distance to the airport was just 12 miles.
